Venetian Flint is a unique finish on one of our most popular natural stones – STONEarch Flint Sandstone. The Venetian Flint is a shot-blasted (sandblasted) sandstone which gives a really clean, light gray, beige & brown tones. This finish also enhances a light textured veining pattern on the stone. The striations are faintly visible grooves in a single direction.

The neutral tone that is achieved from a sandblasted finishing process allows a very clean and consistent stone with nearly no variation piece to piece. Sandblasted also eliminates the natural cleft found in Flint Sandstone which allows for an anti-slip surface that is perfect for front walkways, patios, landing areas, and other parts of a landscape project.
